Privacy Policy

Genesis: Play God (com.blankcomp00.genesis)
Developer: BLANK___
Effective date: July 5, 2026

This privacy policy explains what information the Android game Genesis: Play God ("the app", "the game") handles, and how. The short version: the game runs offline, your save data never leaves your device, we operate no servers and collect no personal information ourselves. The only data handling happens inside two Google services the app uses — Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Play Billing (the optional "Remove Ads" purchase).

1. Data we collect

We — the developer — collect nothing. The app has no account system, no sign-in, no analytics SDK of our own, and no backend servers. All game progress (your universe, achievements, statistics, and settings) is stored only in the app's local storage on your device.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process data from your device, including:

This collection is performed by Google under its own policies. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from ads. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device's Settings → Google → Ads menu. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), a consent message is shown before personalized ads are served.

3. Purchases (Google Play Billing)

The app offers one optional in-app purchase ("Remove Ads"). Payment is processed entirely by Google Play; we never see or store your name, address, or payment details. The app only receives a confirmation that the purchase belongs to your Google account, which is used to disable ads and to restore the purchase if you reinstall the game. Google's handling of your payment data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with anyone. The only third-party data processing is the AdMob and Play Billing activity described above, which happens directly between your device and Google.

5. Data retention and deletion

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Google Play listing declares a target audience of 13 and older.

7. Security

The app requests only the permissions it needs (internet access for ads and billing). Since no personal data is transmitted to us, there is no developer-side database that could expose your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, such requests concerning ad data should be directed to Google via the links in section 2. For anything else, contact us and we will help however we can.

9. Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices ever change (for example, if a future update adds a new service), this page will be updated and the effective date above revised before the change ships.
